Card Design: Country

Horses Get Well Card

This one was a combination of printing and stamping. I designed the layout in a desktop publishing program and printed the text and frames on our laser printer. I finished it with the stamped images and frayed gold cord. To help keep the cord in place, I cut a half-circle on each edge of the card with a hole punch. Inside, there is a small piece of tape to keep it from sliding left and right. As you can see, I also stamped the envelope to match.

I thought about using a horse for this cue card, too! I would love to know where those horse stamps are from. Great classic (and very clean!) layout! Thanks for joining us at CASology this week!
